Postage and packing is £3.00 including VAT and is added during checkout. (There is no additional postage cost if you add Batteries)

If you see another seller on an auction site or marketplace claiming to sell this Original / OEM part and even using our part number and picture, and/or it's significantly cheaper, you can rest assured it's a counterfeit / fake listing,

The genuine / original remote controls are designed to take a certain number of knocks and scrapes without breaking. How many times did you drop your existing Remote and it still worked as it should?  Only genuine / original parts use the correct components and solder, so they don’t break so easily. 

We get many complaints from frustrated users who have purchased what they believed was the genuine product and it failed after a very short time. We have purchased several low-cost products from some very well-known marketplaces and auction sites... we have taken them to pieces and been horrified with what we saw. - some of them got so hot the plastic cover on the back started melting/warping and some of them even had plastic parts made with mixed materials that have been banned in Europe for many years due to Hazardous materials.... some people tend to put the TV remote near their face/mouth... this is the very reason why those types of materials are banned!  We have reported them, the listings get removed.. and then reappear again a few days later!
