How many times did you drop your Sharp Remote and it still worked as it should.. ?  This is because we use the correct components and Solder so its doesn't break so easily.  We have purchased hundreds of different ones from some very well known market places and auction sites... we have taken them to pieces and been horrified with what we saw. - some of them got so hot the plastic cover on the back started melting/warping and some of them even had plastic parts made with mixed materials that have been banned in Europe for many many years due to Hazardous materials.... for some reason.. some people tend to put the TV remote near their face/mouth.. and this is why those types of materials are banned! We have reported them, the listings get removed.. and then appear again a few days later! 

This remote control uses 2 x AAA Batteries. These are not included..
