For a small administration fee, we can send you electronic instructions via email on how to change the region of your built in DVD player to allow playback of any regions DVD disc.

In order that you are sent the correct instructions, please provide your TV's serial number (you can find this on the rear of the TV - its usually between 24-36 characters long and is located above a very long barcode on the rating label on the rear of the TV)

As different models of TV's use different software/user interface, please allow 24 hours to receive the email instructions as we have to physically check the specification of your TV using the serial number to ensure correct instructions are issued.
